Adham Fahmi is a versatile strategist and business leader with diversified industry and management consulting experience in FSI and TMT for over 17 years. Adham has consulted some of the largest banks, telcos, and OTT players in Africa, Asia, Europe and the North America. He leads Mastercard’s Data & Services team in North Africa, focusing on helping issuers, acquirers and merchants transform their businesses strategically and operationally to outperform. Prior to that he was with TeleTech Consulting, Oliver Wyman, and Orascom Telecom Holding. His experience spans various domains, including corporate strategy, governance, customer value management, customer experience management and digital transformation.
